On
April 29, 2010 SaskEnergy announced the continuation of
provincial homeowner grants up to $5000 through the Energuide
for Houses Program.
Homeowners who complete a pre-retrofit “D” evaluation
after April 30, 2010 are eligible for the provincial grant
program.
The new chart of provincial-only grant amounts is available
here.
Please note: Post-Retrofit “E” bookings
The end date for both
the federal-provincial and provincial-only grant programs
remains March 31, 2011. All post-retrofit “E”
evaluations must be completed by this date, and there
will be a very large volume of “E” evaluation
requests. Considering these factors, and that all grants
are subject to the availability of government funding,
Sun Ridge strongly encourages Saskatchewan homeowners
to complete energy-efficient upgrades and book post-retrofit
“E” evaluations as soon as possible.
